    The Moderate Rehabilitation Program (Mod Rehab) provides project-based rental assistance for low-income families.

  5. Public Housing

    The Housing Authority owns and manages 392 units of public and assisted housing in Prince George’s County.

  6. Rental Allowance Program

    The Rental Allowance Program (RAP) provides fixed monthly rental assistance payments to eligible lower-income homeless persons and households with critical and emergency housing needs.

  7. Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing

    The HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program combines Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance for homeless Veterans with case management and clinical services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
