  1. Accokeek Development Review District Commission

    This group reviews and comments on all applications for subdivision of land located within the Accokeek Road Corridor boundaries.

    The Board also holds hearings on the denial, revocation and suspension of licenses and gives exams to those wanting to be an electrical contractor or master electrician.

  5. Redevelopment Authority

    Acquire within the boundary lines of the County, land and property of every kind, and any right, interest, franchise, easement, or privilege in the property, by purchase, lease, gift, condemnation, or any other legal means, for residential, commercial, or industrial development or redevelopment, for the revitalization of our County's older communities.

  6. Redevelopment Authority​ Board of Directors

    The Redevelopment Authority Board of Directors provides the overall policy direction of the organization and approves all programs and real estate development or redevelopment activities prior to forwarding recommendations to the County Executive.

  7. Refrigeration, Heating & A/C Licensing Board

    The licensing board develops and suggests items governing the technical aspect of licensing and registering those in the business of refrigeration, air conditioning and/or heating, and mechanical ventilation.

  8. Road Corridor Development Review Commission

    This commission reviews and comments on all applications for subdivision of land located within the Enterprise Road Corridor boundaries.

  9. Sand & Gravel Operations Advisory Committee

    This committee serves as the central point of information for industry, citizens, and government on the status of specific operations, and proposed requests for new operations.

  10. Telecommunications Transmission Facility (TTFCC)

    The Telecommunications Transmission Facility Coordinating Committee (TTFCC) encourages the co-location of telecommunication facilities on existing structures and minimizes the community impact of new telecommunication facilities by promoting alternative sites and techniques to mitigate the visual impact.

  11. Washington Suburban Transit Commission

    The Commission administers the Washington Suburban Transit District and has powers to develop, on a bicounty basis, a transportation system, including mass transit facilities, for Montgomery and Prince George's counties, Maryland.
