Community Partnership Agreement
The Community Partnership Agreement (CPA) is the contract between the County and the State of Maryland to provide programs and services as a result of negotiations with the State. The County makes an annual commitment to produce improved outcomes in the State's eight result areas for child and family well-being. The eight result areas are:
- Babies Born Healthy
- Children Successful in School
- Children Safe in Their Families and Communities
- Healthy Children
- Children Enter School Ready to Learn
- Children Completing School
- Communities Which Support Family Life
- Stable & Economically Independent Families
