To apply for an alcoholic beverage license in Prince George's County you must be:

• Must Provide Proof of Legal Status
• A resident of Prince George's County (for corporations, 25% of the outstanding stock must be issued to a Prince George's County resident)
• A registered voter
• A Fit and Proper Person to hold a license

Applications are accepted according to a Hearing Schedule. The alcoholic beverage license available is advertised in Enquirer Gazette and Prince George's Post. This information may be obtained on our web site or by contacting the Board's Office.
