To ensure an equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, there is a new scheduling process for vaccine appointments in Prince George’s County. Anyone who lives or works in Prince George’s County that wishes to receive the COVID-19 vaccine must fill out the Health Department’s pre-registration form. This includes individuals in Phases 1A or 1B who do not already have a vaccine appointment. The form is available at: https://bit.ly/PGCVaccineForm
