AMENDMENTS TO THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV) ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
The Housing Authority of Prince George's County (HAPGC) is proposing changes to the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan to update the current Payment Standard policy, in order to implement the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) SAFMR’s. The HAPGC is proposing changes in accordance with HUD’s SAFMR Final rule in Notice PIH-2018-01(HA).
The HAPGC public comment period will begin on December 20, 2018 and the HAPGC will continue to receive written comments until January 18, 2019 at 5:00pm. The Public Hearing will be held on January 9, 2019 beginning at 5:00pm and ending at 6:00pm, the location of the hearing is 9200 Basil Court, Largo MD, 20774, 2nd Floor Conference Room.
