The County Executive’s FY 2021 approved budget contains approximately $3 million to assist non-profit organizations that have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 crisis and/or other circumstances.

Who can Apply?

Any organization, institution or association that is incorporated as a private, non-profit organization designated under 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code and has been operating for at least 2 years as of the application deadline, that has a physical address in Prince George’s County and that can supply sufficient documentation that their organization is currently in “good standing” from the State where the organization was incorporated (i.e., the State of Maryland, District of Columbia or the Commonwealth of Virginia), is eligible to apply. All award recipients are expected to:

• Administer the funds in compliance with the submitted proposal.
• Use funds solely for Prince George’s County residents and the documented activities as outlined in the proposal request.
• Conform to the program guidelines, programmatic evaluation and financial reporting requirements, site monitoring visits, and any other conditions/restrictions imposed by the County in connection with the grant award.

The Strategic Partnerships Nonprofit Relief Fund will provide grants up to $100,000 to non-profit organizations with a physical address/location in Prince George’s County.
