Prince George;s County Land Aquistion and Real Property has County-owned parcels as surplus properties for disposal under the terms within County Council Resolution CR-71-2019. The price listed for each property is the appraised fair market value, and each property shall be disposed at not less than fair market value, on terms considered to be in the best interest of the County, but at a price not less than that bid by the highest responsive respondent. This Surplus Property Expression of Interest (“EOI”) offer will open on Monday, November 4th, 2019 through 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, January 6th, 2020. The completed EOI proposal is due at the Office of Central Services, Land Acquisition and Real Property Division office.

Training sessions are free and are held the third Thursday of every month. Seating is limited and offered on a first-call, first-served basis. All those who wish to attend this month’s class need to reply no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month by registering at the "Sign Up Now" Link (on the right side of this page).
