How do I apply for a revision on the eplan system?

In order to revise your permit application, you will need to send an email to eplan@co.pg.md.us with an attached PDF or Word Document Revision Narrative on company letterhead (if applicable) that includes the following information: 

  • Case number; 
  • Applicant name; 
  • Revised work description; 
  • List of files being revised or added, if applicable; 
  • Difference in cost of construction, if applicable; and 
  • Any additional changes

Once received, we can begin processing your revision request.
