County Curbside Waste Collection Services are Operational

Collection services may be delayed throughout the week

LARGO, MD – The Prince George’s County Department of the Environment advises residents that all scheduled bulky, regular trash, recycling, and curbside bulky trash collections are operating on a regular collection schedule but may experience slight delays due to road or weather-related conditions. Every effort will be made to complete waste collection service routes on their regular schedule but may be delayed throughout the week. Residents are reminded to leave their collection containers at the curbside.

If collection services are postponed, every attempt will be made to resume pick-ups the following day. However, if collections are suspended for two consecutive days, those pickups will resume the following week. View the County’s waste collection inclement weather policy here. Residents are reminded to leave their collection containers at the curbside, and that pickup can occur anytime from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Visit mypgc.us for weather-related closures and alert information. To register a missed collection, contact PGC311 after 8 p.m., Monday – Friday, or submit a request for assistance online at PGC311.com.
