Perry Paylor is the newly appointed Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of Prince George’s County, bringing more than 25 years of legal and leadership experience to the role. A seasoned attorney and committed public servant, Paylor has built a distinguished career centered on justice, community development, and civic engagement.
He began his legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County, where he prosecuted serious criminal cases, including homicides and major drug offenses. From 2003 to 2018, he ran a successful private law practice, representing clients
