How do I apply for a Commercial Contractor’s license?
Prince George’s County Licensing Center does not issue licenses for Commercial Contractors. Please contact the State of Maryland, Clerk of the Circuit Court at 301-952-3331.

If the type of license you need is not on the list, we recommend that you contact the State of Maryland, Clerk of the Circuit Court to determine if you would be required to obtain a business license from their agency.
