Health & Wellness Resource Center

The Health & Wellness Resource Center is designed to help the members of the Fire/EMS Department navigate through the various services provided by the Health & Wellness Office.

The Member Services link includes Risk Management Medical Physical Appointments, Respiratory Fit Testing Appointments, MyPGFD, Office 365 (Email), Kronos Telestaff, Target Solutions, First Watch, Elite ePCR – Maryland Patient Care Reporting and Motorola PremierOne (CAD).

Strategic Plan 2023-2028

The Prince George's County Fire & EMS Department's 2023-2028 Strategic Plan is a comprehensive roadmap that identifies the challenges and opportunities lying ahead, as well as the strengths and weaknesses the department expects to encounter in the coming years. This blueprint not only delineates our organizational landscape but also serves as a guiding framework, directing our efforts toward growth, community outreach, and operational enhancements. Developed through a collaborative approach, this Plan reflects a diversity of perspectives by integrating input from both the community and our dedicated staff. It builds upon the department's updated goals established during the September 2022 community strategic planning meeting, outlining the highest-priority initiatives crucial for excellence and continuous improvement over the 2023-2028 period.
