Director
Director McGibbon has 32 years of experience in auditing, business process analysis, public financing, management, and administration in the public and private sectors, with 28 years in local government. The director also serves as the Secretary Treasurer of the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County, Maryland; and President of the Maryland Government Finance Officers Association for the 2023-2024 term. Director McGibbon also sits as a trustee for several public pension plans, and as a trustee for the County’s Deferred Compensation and OPEB plans.
