During the month of October, staff members of the Prince George's Board of License Commissioners came together to show their support for those in the fight against Breast Cancer.
Mission
The mission of the Prince George's Board of License Commissioners is to enforce the alcohol beverage laws of the State of Maryland and to promote the education of licensees and the public, while encouraging socially responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. We accomplish this through comprehensive inspections while bestowing trust through fair administration with transparency. The Board of License Commissioners provides the highest level of service to the citizens of Prince George's County through strict licensing, education and partnership with county agencies which provides the upmost assistance in ensuring compliance to all alcohol beverages regulations and state laws.

Inclement Weather
The Board of License Commissioners is committed to adhering to the published hearing schedule. In the event of inclement weather, a notice will be provided on the Board’s webpage and on the answering machine for the main telephone number 301-583-9980. When the Prince George’s County Government is closed, is on liberal leave or has a delayed opening, the day hearing will be rescheduled. Evening hearings will be canceled by 3:00 p.m. if inclement weather is anticipated.
