Community Partnership Agreement (CPA)

CPA is the contract between the county and the State of Maryland to provide programs and services as a result of negotiations with the state. The county makes an annual commitment to produce improved outcomes in the state's 8 results areas for child and family well-being. The 8 results areas are:

Healthy Children
School Completion
School Readiness
School Success
School Transition
Safety
Stability
