COPE empowers citizen participation to effect behavior change and enable active stewardship in everyday actions at work and at home.
As part of DoE’s Sustainable Initiatives Division, COPE helps carry out the mission to improve environmental quality, revitalize communities and together build a green and sustainable future for Prince George’s County.

Focus Areas

COPE’s focus areas include trees, water, and trash. Check the website often for notices of workshops and volunteer events.
