Director Abraham is a civil engineer with over four decades of experience in engineering design and construction work. He has served in various leadership roles in Prince George’s County Government at DPW&T and DPIE.

Mr. Abraham has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Master of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from Lehigh University. He is a Professional Engineer licensed to practice and is a member of the County Engineers Association of Maryland, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Civil
