The 311 On The Go! Mobile Unit meets residents where they are! We are ready to respond to your community’s needs. Complete the request form to have 311OTG! Mobile Unit visit your community or community event.

The Office of Community Relations will do our due diligence to meet each request; however, we may need to modify the date and time for the 311OTG! Mobile Unit to visit your community.

Use the PGC311 Mobile App or Web Portal to: 

  1. Request County services 24/7, such as litter removal and pothole repair.  
  2. Upload a photo with your service request. 
  3. Check the status of existing requests. 
  4. "Drop a pin" to help pinpoint a location. 
  5. Create an account to track your service requests and get timely updates about your requests. 
  6. Provide feedback about our customer service and agency services with our quick 3-question surveys. 
  7. Search and see helpful knowledge articles about County services. 
  8. Search for other requests in your community.
