Spotlight on the OCR Dashboard: Transparency in Community Outreach and Service
Prince George’s County residents now have an innovative tool at their fingertips—the Office of Community Relations (OCR) Dashboard. Designed to promote transparency and community engagement, the Dashboard provides a clear, interactive snapshot of the outreach efforts led by OCR throughout the County.
The Dashboard highlights key metrics such as the number of community events attended, and neighborhoods served. It reflects the County’s continued commitment to being visible, accessible, and responsive to residents’ needs.
In addition to showcasing community outreach, the OCR Dashboard will also feature insights on the PGC311 Call Center—demonstrating how response times, resolution rates, and overall performance have improved over the years. This inclusion reinforces OCR’s dedication to efficient, resident-centered service delivery.
With just a few clicks, residents can see how OCR is actively making a difference across the County. The Dashboard is more than a data tool—it’s a testament to OCR’s mission of empowering communities through meaningful engagement and service excellence.
Our goal is to ensure that residents not only feel heard, but also see how their government is working for them. This Dashboard reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and community-first service
Euniesha Davis, Director of the Office of Community Relations.
