Licenses Available

The Board of License Commissioner issues alcoholic beverages licenses monthly at a public hearing according to a Hearing Schedule. Applications are accepted continuously for the following licenses (these licenses generally have special requirements):
 

  • Class B, BH (Hotel), Beer, Wine and Liquor License
  • Class, B, BLX, Beer, Wine and Liquor License
  • Class, B, CI, Beer, Wine and Liquor License
  • Class, B, DD, Beer, Wine and Liquor License
  • Class, B, AE, Beer, Wine and Liquor License
  • Class, B, GC, Beer, Wine and Liquor License
  • Class B, Road, Liquor License
  • All Class C Licenses
  • Class D(NH), Beer and Wine

Applications for other types of license are issued according to the Hearing Schedule. 

Pursuant to Section 26-208 of the Annotated Code of Maryland the Board of License Commissioners is prohibited from issuing any license with an off sale privilege. All licenses issued are for on the premises sales only.
