Dr. Juanita D. Miller

The Honorable Juanita Miller served as Delegate to the Maryland General Assembly where she represented the 25th Legislative District of Prince George’s County. She has been appointed to serve on several boards in the county including the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, Center for Minority Business Development, Prince George NAACP Executive Board, United Way Regional Council, Board of Visitors at Maryland University, College Park, Prince George’s Family Crisis Center and the Prince George’s County Foster Care Review Board.

She retired as an Administrator from Prince George’s County Public School system and prior to that from the District of Columbia Public Schools. Dr. Miller received her graduate degrees from George Washington University and her undergraduate from D. C. Teachers College.

Dr. Miller is a prolific writer with great communication and interpersonal skills. She has been recognized and received numerous awards for her professional and community services.
