Use this request type for snow and ice removal. The City plows City maintained roads according to a list of priorities. City crews treat and plow primary roads (which include snow emergency routes) followed by secondary and intermediate routes (including hills). After these priorities are addressed, crews will begin plowing residential streets. Snow updates can be found on the City's website, social media accounts and snow tracker. Note: Before submission please check the City's snow tracker to see if your residential zone has been cleared. Requests submitted prior to your zone being cleared will be automatically closed.
