Prince George’s County Holiday Closings for Presidents' Day

Prince George's County government offices will close on Monday, February 19, 2024, in observance of Presidents' Day.

The following offices, services, and facilities will be closed or suspended on Monday, February 19, 2024:

Transportation

The Bus | Status: Operating

TheBus, a public transit service operated by the Prince George’s County Department of Public Works and Transportation, will operate regularly on Monday, February 19, 2024, except for Route 51X.  Regular operations of Route 51x will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

Call-A-Bus and PGC Link | Status: Not Operating

In addition, the County’s Call-A-Bus and PGC Link services will not operate on Monday, February 19, 2024. Regular operations of the Call-A-Bus and PGC Link services will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

 

Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement

Status: Closed

The Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE) will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. 

 

PGC311

Status: Operating Online Only

Also, PGC311 will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024, and will return to regular operations on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  However, residents can still submit service/issue requests online at PGC311.com.
