Office of Veterans Affairs

I believe we’re obligated to do more than just say ‘thank you’ to our veterans. We have a duty to show our appreciation with actions to back up our words.

- County Executive Angela D. Alsobrooks

Prince George's County is home to the largest population of veterans in the State of Maryland. This division of the Office of the County Executive serves eligible veterans, their dependents, surviving spouses, children of deceased veterans, members of the Reserves or National Guard, and active-duty service members who reside in the County with the pursuit of qualified benefits and access to referral services for a broad range of needs.
