Service Description Use this service request to report issues related to missed trash, recycling, or yard waste collections. Set out trash, recycling and yard waste containers no earlier than 5 p.m. the day prior to collection, and no later than 6 a.m. the morning of collection. For collection schedules on holidays or during inclement weather, please visit the City's website, social media accounts or eNews. If there is a non-collection tag on your materials, please follow the directions on the tag and put out your trash, recycling, or yard waste for the next collection day.
