Please use this service request to report construction related issues such as construction debris, dust, dumping on a construction site, mud/runoff from a site, etc. and construction work that appears to have been abandoned (i.e. there is no ongoing work for more than 30 days).
Please use this service request to report litter and illegal dumping. Residential property owners are responsible for maintaining the sidewalks adjacent to their property. Commercial property owners are responsible for the public space around their property including the curb and gutter.
Please use this service request to report residences, apartment complexes and/or businesses who have not cleared the sidewalks abutting their properties, within 48 hours after snow stopped falling as well as request snow removal from a County-maintained roadway. Please note that these requests should not be submitted until 24 hours after it has stopped snowing. Routes are prioritized for service by the following categories: primary, secondary, and residential. Primary and secondary roads are serviced first to ensure that public safety and other emergency vehicles can travel. After completion of these roads, residential roads receive service. Crews work as long as necessary to clear roadways, which consists of salting, sanding, and/or plowing, as warranted by weather conditions.
DPIE - Request for Damaged Property Inspection and Report
Please use this service request to obtain an inspection and an inspection report regarding structural, water, and/or fire damage to a property. This report is required for insurance paperwork and permits for repairs.
Please use this service request to seek the installation of a new accessibility ramp or request the repair of an existing accessibility ramp.<br/><br/><b> Note:</b><br/>1. A ramp cannot be installed if sidewalks do not already exist at the location.
