REPORTS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY OR ACTIVE ABUSE 

To report animal cruelty, please contact Animal Control at (301)780-7200.

To report active abuse, injuries or if safety is a concern, call 911.  If this is not an emergency, call the Public Safety Communications (PSC), non-emergency dispatch number at (301) 352-1200, option number 5 for police dispatch.
