Audra D. Russell, SPHR

Audra Russell is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University, PA.   She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a SHRM- Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

Ms. Russell has been a Human Resources professional for the past 20 years.  She has held numerous roles with increasing responsibility in a variety of industries ranging from healthcare to governmental agencies to privately owned companies.  Her current responsibilities include oversight of staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employee education and training, compliance, payroll, and information systems. 

She is passionate about people and the work environment.
