This office is responsible for:

Budgetary, payroll, grant and fiscal management compliance and accountability

Annual operating budgets (career and volunteer) preparation, analysis, system input and reporting

Fiscal management of the Department’s operational and administrative needs, including recording, approval and reporting of expenditures and revenues

Preparation of financial reports, statistical reports, projections, status updates and related analysis

Payroll accountability verification, monitoring, processing and reporting

Processes, monitors, authorizes and reviews all accounts payable and receivable for career and volunteer elements

Researches, writes, prepares, files, tracks and manages grants
-
Analyzes need, writes, coordinates, submits and tracks all contracts, memorandums of understanding and agreements

Compiles and files compliance reports, expenditure worksheets and conducts reconciliation to monthly financials for contracts and grants
-
Liaison to other agencies and internally for payroll/budgetary/fiscal issues

Provides technical assistance for inquiries related to contracts, budgetary, payroll and other fiscal issues
