Administrative Services Command
One of the jobs of the Administrative Services Command is to supervise the department's Fiscal Affairs office. Fiscal Affairs has five parts – Budget and Grants, Staffing Office, Emergency Medical Services Transport Reimbursement, Payroll, and Procurement. Other offices in this command include Health & Wellness Services, Logistics and Facilities Management, Staffing and Watch Office, and the Technology & Information Services Office.
Technology & Information Services Office
The Technology & Information Services Office administers all Information Management programs in the Fire/EMS Department and serves as a liaison between the Fire/EMS Department and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) as it relates to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Department’s software applications and servers.

Facilities & Construction
The Facilities Office is responsible for the maintenance and construction of 52 facilities, with the majority of the facilities open twenty-four hours a day.
The Facilities Office manages:
- work requests,
- renovation projects,
- and facility conditions to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Fiscal Affairs
This Division is responsible for the agency's overall budget. The Division manages daily activities, including:
- procurement,
- payroll,
- accounts payable,
- accounts receivable,
- and travel.
They guide budget planning, monitor expenditures, and ensure timely purchase approvals.
Health & Wellness
The Health & Wellness Office focuses on the physical and mental health needs of career, civilian, and volunteer members by overseeing:
- annual health screenings,
- mental and behavioral health initiatives,
- nutrition,
- weight loss,
- fitness programs,
- on-the-job injuries,
- Family Medical Leave Act requests,
- and drug and alcohol testing.
Logistics & Supply
The Logistics and Supply team maintains and manages all inventory, supplies, purchases, receiving, shipping, and delivery of essential equipment, including but not limited to:
- personal protective equipment (PPE),
- uniforms,
- and operational supplies and equipment.
Staffing and Watch Office
The Staffing and Watch Office manages:
- incoming calls,
- addresses citizen inquiries,
- and coordinates repairs and emergency maintenance for agency facilities and vehicles.
The Watch Office is a central hub for sharing necessary information. The Staffing Office also manages employees' day-to-day work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels through personnel deployments.
