The Office of Procurement Announces the Re-Opening of the Supply Schedule

The Prince George’s County Supply Schedule (PGCSS) is back on track! It has re-opened with three new categories including Catering and Event Services, Industrial Supplies and Apparel, and Industrial Services. Products and services open to application include Advertising, Audit and Financial Services, Catering and Event Services, Furniture and Furniture Management Services, Industrial Services, Industrial Supplies and Apparel, Marketing and Media Services, Medical Equipment and Supplies, MOBIS (Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services)/Management Consulting Services, Office Supplies, Promotional and Specialty Services, Temporary Support Services, and Training Services.
The Prince George’s County Supply Schedule (PGCSS) is an initiative maintained by the Prince George’s County Office of Procurement. PGCSS serves as the County government contract Multiple-Award Schedule (MAS) program for providing commercial products and services to County government agencies. Competitive contracts are awarded exclusively to certified County-based Small and Minority Businesses who can provide thousands of products and services to meet recurring needs of County government agencies.
The supply schedule is an ongoing application process that will allow suppliers to apply and be awarded contracts under the supply schedule at any time increasing the pool of suppliers that agencies are able to procure goods and/or services under the pre-identified categories.
As of February 2025, the Office of Procurement ("OOP") has opened the applications for certain categories to County-Based Small Businesses (CBSBs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), County-Based Business (CBB), County-Based Minority Business Enterprise (CBMBE), County-Based Small Minority Business Enterprise (CBSMBE), and County-Located Business (CLB). OOP may revise and grow the schedule on a limited basis. Please note that openings to all certifications are limited. Certain categories are not open to all certifications.
Applications are listed on Ariba Discovery, SAP Business Network Discovery. Please note that suppliers must have an active Ariba account to respond to and submit the application for consideration. Please note that suppliers must be registered as a vendor with Prince George's County and certified with the County.
