Stephen Paul

Stephen Paul has over 30 years of experience working for Prince George’s County government in a variety of capacities.  Currently Mr. Paul serves as the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority. In that capacity he oversees all the Authority’s activities and manages the Authority’s major redevelopment projects which have a total development cost of over $1.5 billion. In the past, Mr. Paul has served as Executive Director of the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County where he had responsibility for all aspects of the Authority’s operations including the management of multiple parking structures and the development of the Boulevard at the Capitol Center shopping center. Mr. Paul has also served for eight years as the Development Manager in the Office of the County Executive.  Mr. Paul has earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland College Park and a BA in Government and Politics also from the University of Maryland College Park.
