HTTF Regional Conference 2023 January 25 and 26 2023

The Prince George’s County Human Trafficking Task Force is hosting a virtual regional conference January 25, 2023 to January 26, 2023, in recognition of Human Trafficking Awareness Month. The Conference will include several collaborative bodies and task forces from within the State and region with the goal of identifying human trafficking trends, learning what others are encountering, and developing best practices for combatting human trafficking. Presentations from several regions will cover important topics such as child sex trafficking multi-disciplinary teams, race and human trafficking service provision, coordinating an effective hospital response, and human trafficking data and analytics across disciplines. The Prince George’s County Human Trafficking Task Force (PGCHTTF) was formed in 2013 and brings together law enforcement, social services, government agencies, and community organizations to combat human trafficking in the County. 

The PGCHTTF has three main goals:

  • To identify and rescue trafficking victims
  • To identify and prosecute traffickers
  • To educate the community on human trafficking

If you suspect human trafficking or if you are in a crisis, please call 911 for immediate assistance. You can also report suspected human trafficking by calling the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (text line: 233733) or by contacting the County’s 311 Call Center by dialing 311 (if calling from Prince George’s County).

El Grupo de Trabajo Contra la Trata de Personas del Condado de Prince George (PGCHTTF, por sus siglas en inglés) se formó en 2013 y reúne a las fuerzas policiales, los servicios sociales, las agencias gubernamentales y las organizaciones comunitarias para combatir la trata de personas en el Condado.

  • El PGCHTTF tiene tres objetivos principales:
  • Identificar y rescatar a las víctimas de la trata
  • Identificar y enjuiciar a los traficantes
  • Educar a la comunidad sobre la trata de personas

Si tiene sospechas sobre algún caso de trata de personas o si se encuentra en problemas, llame al 911 para obtener asistencia inmediata. También puede denunciar la sospecha de trata de personas llamando a la Línea Directa Nacional de Trata de Personas al 1-888-373-7888 (enviando un mensaje de texto al: 233733) o comunicándose con el Centro de Llamadas 311 del Condado marcando 311 (si llama desde el Condado de Prince George).
