Redevelopment of the Hyattsville Justice Center 

Developer – Prince George’s County Revenue Authority; Pennrose, B&W Solutions, Inc (Local MBE) and H2 Design Build (Local MBE)

• Project Elements- Mixed use Mixed Income Residential Community Integrated with Arts and Entertainment Program Spaces. The adaptive reuse of the historic County Services Building to include and the development of adjacent parcels will yield:  
  • 56 single-family for-sale townhomes
  • 50 affordable artist residences and
  • 169-units of mixed income multi-family rental housing with 18,000sf of amenity and neighborhood-serving retail space;
  • 30,000-Square-Foot Arts exhibition and creative space building (Gateway Gallery)
• Project Timeline- Predevelopment completion – Q3 2025; Construction- 2026-2028
