Electronics Recycling Acceptance Site
Effective April 15, due to ongoing construction, the Electronic Waste and other associated lots at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, 11611 White House Road in Upper Marlboro, will temporarily close to the public until further notice. Residents can temporarily take Electronics to the Brown Station Road Convenience Center, 3501 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro, for proper disposal.
Residents can properly dispose of HHW/E-waste items at these upcoming mobile events:

Non-Commercial Vehicles Only
Prince George's County opened the residential Electronics Recycling Acceptance Site in September 2000. County residents may drop off their used and unwanted electronics at this site free of charge. Businesses may dial PGC311 for more information on electronic recycling.

A maximum of 5 monitors and/or televisions (non-console) per vehicle may be dropped off at the site ONLY on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Collection for Senior Citizens & the Disabled
As of June 2022, at-home collection of electronic waste is no longer available. Individuals may utilize the drop-off facility, Thursdays through Saturdays.
