About Us

Public Safety Communications is an internationally accredited 9-1-1 center and our personnel are recognized for their professionalism, commitment to public safety, leadership, and innovation. We are a public safety agency staffed with 197 civilian personnel working together as 9-1-1 call takers, law enforcement and fire/EMS dispatchers, trainers, supervisors, MPIA processors, career development coordinators, administrators, managers, technical staff, and radio communication specialists.

 

On-Line Non-Emergency Dispatch Requests

Public Safety Communications is pleased to offer Prince George’s County residents with an option to call 301-352-1200 or to submit an on-line request for the non-emergency dispatch of Prince George’s County Police, Fire/EMS or Sheriff personnel for non-emergency incidents. On-line non-urgent public safety service requests may be submitted to report a Disturbance, Suspicious Person, Vandalism, Flooded Condition, Theft or Attempted Theft.
