• Performance appraisals, salary processing, onboarding new hires, separations, promotions/demotions, and employee transfers.
• Delivering all human resource services in a manner consistent with Personnel Law, County, State, and Federal laws, as well as Agency General Orders.
• Processing personnel actions per established schedules and procedures promptly.
• Ensuring promotional and hiring processes are fair and equitable to employees.
• Liaison for providing employee training for professional growth and development.
