Route 15 Express provides connections to business and retail along the Greenbelt Road corridor and communities along Cipriano Road and New Carrollton. The route serves the Greenbelt Metrorail Station and the New Carrollton Metrorail Station with key stops at Beltway Plaza Shopping Center, Greenway Shopping Center, and NASA Goddard Visitor Center. Route 15 Express also provides service to residents of the Greenbelt Station Community.
