Route 25 serves as a local route that circulates with the Capitol Heights community and connects riders to the Capitol Heights Metrorail Station. This route shares stops with Route 24. Route 25 provides service to key destinations including the Oakcrest Recreation Center and retail businesses along Marlboro Pike. Riders have access to Capital Bikeshare at the Capitol Heights Metrorail Station. 

Route 25 currently operates with 35 minute frequency. Service span is 6:05 am to 7:24 pm.
