Route 53 provides local service throughout Upper Marlboro, Marlboro Village, and Marlboro Meadows. Key stops include the County Department of Corrections, Marlboro Village Shopping Center, the County Courthouse, the County Administrative Building, and residences along Village Drive West.

Effective June 3, 2024:
· Rerouted in Marlboro Meadows. After stopping at Village Drive West and Halloway North, buses loop around on Halloway North and turn west on Village Drive West to begin trips headed for the Department of Corrections.
· Customers losing service on Village Drive West should use the stop at Village Drive West and Halloway North.
