County Shelter Reopens to Public on Friday, June 21
Facility closed early yesterday due to a maintenance issue
LARGO, MD – The Prince George’s County Animal Services Facility and Adoption Center (ASFAC) office will reopen to the public today during its regular hours of operation from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Owner surrenders are not being accepted at this time. A list of rescue groups and organizations is available here.
Interested pet adopters are encouraged to visit, as the shelter continues to operate over capacity and seeks pet adopters and fosters for its many available pets in need of a loving, forever home.

The ASFAC is open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
