Prince George's County Announces Holiday Closings for Veterans Day
Prince George’s County Government offices, with the exception of public safety agencies, will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024, in observance of Veterans Day.
LARGO, MD – The Department of the Environment (DoE) announces the following offices, services, and facilities will be closed or suspended on Monday, November 11, 2024:

TheBus, a public transit service operated by the Prince George’s County Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T), will operate on Monday, November 11, 2024, except Route 51X, which operates only in downtown Upper Marlboro during peak periods when the Courthouse is open. Regular operations on Route 51X will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. In addition, the County’s Call-A-Bus and PGC Link services, including dialysis transportation, will not operate on Monday, November 11, 2024. Regular operations of the Call-A-Bus and PGC Link services will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
The Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE) will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
Also, PGC311 will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024, and will resume regular operations on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. Residents can still submit service/issue requests online at PGC311.com.
