Current Fees

Refer to CB-041-2015 which can be found on the County Legislative Information System. The current fees for fire protection systems are as follows:
  • Residential Sprinklers: Residential Buildings (One- and Two-Family Dwellings): 
    $115, plus an additional 5% technology fee.
  • Commercial Sprinklers: The permit fee for all commercial projects including apartment buildings, office buildings, hotel buildings, senior living facilities, condominiums and other similar buildings shall be as set in the table below, plus an additional 5% technology fee.
  • Fire Alarm: $200 per level, plus an additional 5% technology fee.
