Adolescent Recovery Clubhouse

The Clubhouse structure aims to enhance the well-being of youth while refraining from substances. We integrate diverse activities to foster self-empowerment and resilience, promoting self-awareness, increasing self-esteem, and building a stronger sense of community.  By increasing self-awareness, enhancing self-esteem, and nurturing a sense of community, we guide youth members through the challenges of adolescence with increased confidence and success.

What We Do

The Adolescent Recovery Clubhouse of Prince George's County serves youth aged 12 to 17 with a history of substance abuse. The Clubhouse offers programs and activities aimed at enhancing daily living skills and preventing substance use. Additional support for adolescents and families is provided through referrals in collaboration with existing treatment programs and community support systems, addressing specific needs. The Clubhouse has proven effective in reducing and preventing substance abuse, decreasing juvenile delinquency, and improving academic performance.

Who is eligible?

  • Residents of Prince George's County
  • Ages 12-17
  • Individuals with a history of substance use or at risk
  • Those with a strong desire to begin the recovery process
  • Individuals referred for counseling services related to substance and mental health concerns

Hours of Operation

Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Summer Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
