This five-month walk/run program for Prince George's County Residents is from May to September 2024.
Is It A Walk?
Step It Up II is more than just a walk. It's a movement toward a healthier and happier community. Coordinated by the Prince George’s County Health Department, in collaboration with the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission and the Department of Parks and Recreation, this program brings together individuals, families, schools, sports teams, and community organizations to prioritize health and well-being.

Join us at scenic parks, trails, and tracks around the county. Save the dates towards a healthier lifestyle. Select a date and location using the Step It Up II Walk Schedule.
Program may be canceled due to inclement weather or wet grounds.
