Bridges2Success

The Bridges2Success program is a community-based initiative funded by the Department of Juvenile Services (DJS). The goal is to help kids in Prince George's County who the DJS thinks need extra help. The program has people called case managers who work at the Leonard Dyer Health Center in Clinton, Maryland. They're available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

This program aims to:

  • Reduce risk factors
  • Enhance protective factors
  • Provide screening and linkage to community-based services
  • Provide referrals for vocational training and or employment
