Bridge Center at Adam’s House
Helping You Rebuild and Thrive
The Bridge Center at Adam’s House is a one-stop shop that connects returning citizens, young adults (18-25), and Veterans to the support they need for a successful transition into the community.
This program is a collaboration between the Health Department, Department of Social Services, and Department of Family Services. Our "no wrong door" approach means that no matter what challenges you face, our team is here to help. Over 2,000 residents receive services each year, with a client recidivism rate of less than 1%!
