Building Permit applications are to be completed online. Please go to
Online Permit Applications; enter the information directly into the County’s Permitting System; and print three (3) copies of the computer-generated application prior to visiting the Permits Center. (Printers are NOT available onsite for customers.)
Tenant Fit-Out Case Types (CU, CUW)
- Work Description for CU: Assisted Living/Congregate Living (6 or more residents); General Interior Work (tenant fit-out with a new use); Paint Spray Booth (existing building);
- Work Description for CUW: General Interior Work (tenant fit-out with a new use)
CU: Not a Walk-Thru

- Seven (7) Site/Plot Plans - Original Signature and Sealed
- Two (2) Architectural Drawings - Original Signature and Sealed
- Two (2) Structural Drawings - Original Signature and Sealed
- Two (2) Electrical Drawings - Original Signature and Sealed
- Two (2) Mechanical Drawings - Original Signature and Sealed
CUW: Walk-Thru
