Annual County Employee Mandatory Online Training

The Office of Human Resources (OHRM) Learning, Performance, and Organizational Development Division (LPOD) require County employees to complete Annual Mandatory Online Training. This annual training is a requirement for all County employees to support their work and ensure compliance with County laws, policies, and regulations.

FY 2022 Mandatory Training

All employees are required to complete several mandatory online training courses in the County LMS. The courses will be available to access and complete from November 15, 2021, to December 15, 2021. In addition to ensuring that all County employees complete annual compliance courses, OHRM is excited to provide additional course offerings for employee professional development and skill-building.

Access the Learning Plan

County Government employees with County LMS accounts can access the FY 2022 Mandatory Training Learning Plan in the County LMS beginning November 15, 2021. 

Please note that to complete the online courses you must ensure that you are logged into NEOGOV Learn before utilizing the learning plan link. Employees should use their County email address and password to access NEOGOV Learn. Guidance on how to login to NEOGOV Learn can be accessed online here.
